Kathleen Duncan: Back in the Lou

Born and raised in St. Louis in a loud Irish Catholic family, Kathleen learned early that if you’re not funny, you’re just background noise. She and her siblings proudly put the “fun” in dysfunctional. A former high school English teacher, she spent years perfecting comedy in front of a captive (if unwilling) audience. Since making her stand-up debut with Cool Beans Comedy in 2019, she’s performed at LA clubs like The Ice House and now returns home with stories about marriage, motherhood, and raising three kids who clearly didn’t read the same parenting manual. Kathleen is thrilled to hit the Funny Bone stage because therapy is expensive.
